SHIPPING INFORMATION:

     There is a $3.99 shipping and handling fee per order for buyers in the United States. The internationial shipping and handling fee per order is $5.99. This is a flat rate and applies no matter how many items you purchase.

   Items are sent First Class Mail or First Class International Mail through the United States Post Office. If you prefer a more expedited form of delivery, additional fees will apply. Please use the above Contact form for inquiries.

     You will be receive an email when the order has been shipped and US customers will be given a delivery confirmation number so you can track the order.

     Orders are usually shipped within three business days of placing your order (except, of course, for custom made orders).


ORDERING INFORMATION:

     All New Jersey residents must pay 7% sales tax on total order, including shipping, which is calculated during checkout.

     The orders taken on this website are processed through Paypal. You need to have an account with Paypal to place an order through the shopping cart on this website.   If you do not have an account with Paypal or are not willing to set one up to make the transaction, you may pay by personal check, cashier check or money order. See below for details in that regard. Payment from international customers will only be accepted through Paypal or other acceptable online transaction sites, such as Google Checkout.

     Your personal information is secure and is only given to Paypal, not to this website. Paypal offers buyer protection and encrypted data.

     VISA, MasterCard, Discover and Paypal orders accepted through the shopping cart on this website.

     Personal checks, cashier checks and money orders are also accepted from customers in the United States; however, shipment of your order will not take place until all payment has cleared. RETURNS:

     100% satisfaction is guaranteed. I'm completely confident that once you receive my jewelry, you won't want to part with it! However, returns are accepted and should you wish to return your purchase, the item must be in the same condition as it was when shipped to you and must be returned within 15 days of your receipt of the order. Shipping and handling fees are not refunded.

     I guarantee my work and if you have any problem with any of my jewelry within one year from the date of purchase, please return it to me and I will repair it if possible or replace it if the fault lies with my workmanship.   Normal wear and tear is not covered under the guarantee.

     Your satisfaction is of great importance to me, so if you have any problems with your order, please contact me immediately and I will do all that I can to rectify any problem.

WHOLESALE AGREEMENTS:

     If you are interested in purchasing my jewelry wholesale, please contact me. I offer a 30% discount of purchases of 20 items or more.

WIRE WRAPPING SERVICES:

     If you have your own pendant, stone, glass or anything else that you would like to have wire wrapped, please contact me for my reasonable wire wrapping rates.

SALE OF UNWRAPPED CHINA PIECES:

     In addition to offering completed finished jewelry pieces on this website, I also offer the sale of unwrapped china pieces. The pieces will be filed and smoothed into shape. The unwrapped pieces are available for $15.00 each. Please contact me and I will provide you with photos of the available pieces.

HOME SHOWS:

     If you are interested in having a home show and live within the tri-state area of New Jersey, Pennsylvania and New York, please contact me to set up arrangements. You will receive 15% of my profits from the show. Invite your friends, serve a few refreshments and earn some money!

PHOTO SHOOTS:

     Actors, singers, advertisers, stylists, set decorators, models, magazine editors, production companies and photographers -- if you would like to borrow any of my jewelry for your fashion, movie, magazine or portfolio photo shoot, please use my Contact form to reach me. I will fax or email my very basic contract to you to review and we can work out any details. I do require a refundable security deposit to ensure the return of my jewelry.
